builder tips
To normalize steel parts after welding. turn all the lights off in the shop and get the shop a little dark. slowly play an OXY/ACY neutral flame over the part. Look for the first sign of a dull red color This is the normalizing range of steel, 1000 to1100 degrees, allow to cool at room temperature.
