Condition Inspection results

Post by svanarts »

Well for anyone who cares here is a list of squawks from my second condition inspection.

Bolt missing from exhaust pipe shock mount.
Replaced cracked cabin heat shroud.
MAP sensor wires had chafed though insulation and shorted.
This isn't technically a squawk but I also moved my oil cooler from the firewall to behind #4 on the baffle.

Anyway this should give builders something to think about as they plan for wires, bolts, and heat shrouds. :)

Cool, so you are doing just over 75 hours per year!

How did you make out with the fuel smell? Is it the primer "O" rings?
