last night I spent my time fashioning a new routing template for the aileron ribs. After cutting and sanding to the best of my ability, I noticed that something was "off".

I had forgotten to add the 9/16 flange area to the template. :bang: :bang:

Add another log to the fire

time to add another screwup to the list. This time not only did I mangle two center ribs I damaged my form block in the process.

As I was routing out two of the .032 center ribs the high speed bearing seized and dug into the formblock and into the flange area of the ribs I was routing.

It didn't go in far, but the ribs are gonners I think. *sigh* September has been a bitch of a month so far for buiding.

Maybe once you get that rib jig perfect you could make a few extra sets or ribs and sell 'em. Help the next guy out and make a few bucks in the process.

Spike's got it. I've got a bit much going on. As a result I'm pressing for progress when I do get a spare minute. I want progress, but I end up shooting myself in the foot instead.

I need to go buy some tools, that will ease the pain.
