Clear Air Tools

Post by RAgbunag »

Hi Group,

I just want to give Clear Air Tools a glowing endorsement with regard to customer service and tool quality.

I had ordered tools from Clear Air, and realized that I'd been sent the wrong squeezer yoke. I contacted Fred at Clear Air, and he agreed to exchange the erroneous yoke. After realizing that I'd be in the L.A. area, he invited me to his shop in Chatsworth, not only to exchange my order, but also to tour his shop and talk tools.

Fred is a class act. He's a dealer with integrity. Not only does he sell quality tools, he'll do everything to make things right in the eyes of his customers.

BTW, the adjustable set holder he sells is the sturdiest and best on the market.

I will second all that!

Fred is straightforward and honest.

No one (including the manufacturer of my squeezer) was willing to fit an adjustable set to it. Fred was, and he made some changes to the parts and I now have an adjustable set holder in my tool!

Thanks Fred!
