I got a delivery from Wicks this past weekend. There were a few items that were either short or slightly damaged.
I shot them an email describing the damage Sunday morning.
Monday morning I received a phone call from a service rep.
After a brief cordial conversation, here are the results:
They are sending me a new 4x6 sheet of .032, sending more aluminum bar stock that was short in the order, and replacing some of the bar stock that wasn't labeled.
Very pleasant experience. Everyone makes mistakes. It's what the company does after the mistake is brought to their attention is what determines the quality of the company.
Wicks gets a big thumbs up from me.
