Lightspeed Aviation

Post by smithhb »

I had to tell someone about my experience with Lightspeed Aviation today. Last weekend, when flying, my 2-year-old 30-3G headset started shorting out. After fiddling with the cord it appeared to have a short near the control module. I called Lightspeed on Tuesday and asked about repair. They gave me an RMA and I FedExed that day. On Wednesday morning I received an email that the headset had arrived. On Thursday morning I received another email that it was being shipped. When I got home Thursday it was waiting for me.

Wow! 48 hour turnaround and NO CHARGE! Great service from a great company.

Cool. I have to get my 30-3G's repaired. Good to know there will be a short turnaround.

Absolutely REMARKABLE!

I have the Twenty 3G's and an old pair of Solos. The boom on the Solos were recalled. I had the same pleasant experience with the company at that time too.

I am sold on them and like the Kool-Aid too!

Just called them about my busted headband on my 30-3G and was told the repair is free but the turnaround time is 2 weeks. We'll see how long it actually takes.
