DO NOT purchase ANYTHING from Boaters World!

OMG! Where do I start?

I purchased a tube of Sika Flex for my canopy 3 weeks ago. They said it shipped. I presumed that it would be here soon so I put it on the backburner.

Well, I checked the status and it was returned to the shipper.

Upon calling them, I get switched to a call center in India where all 3 people I spoke to were virtually unintelligible and I was disconnected once as well.

Well, the bottom line is... they took my money in a timely fashion, shipped the wrong product, called it back from FedEx after it made it clear across the country, didn't call me to inform me, didn't credit me for the product (yet) and don't have the correct product in stock either!

Oh my WORD!!!

They did tell me that my next order would get free shipping. WHAT next order!?! They have got a helluva nerve!!!

NEVER AGAIN!!!

:x CJ

BTW, I knew I should have went directly to Jamestown Distributors!
