I can't wait. I need to finish out my new elevators for the -4 before I can start on the empanage for the 7. I WILL like the new kits. I've already drilled a couple of holes in the wrong place on the elevator. And of course it's on top! Thank goodness for bondo. Fill them holes right up and move on.

By the way, has anyone got their 7 built up to where they've done the rudder pedals? I'm curious as to how adjustable they are. I don't have problems with leg room. In fact, there is usually too much room! I have a hard time reaching most rudder pedals!

Scott, I am not there yet but I can tell you that they are ultimatly adjustable. The pedals go back and forth and so does the seat.

They are fixed into position and not easily altered, unlike the -8. Once they are set for you, you leave it there. You will like it!

Van suggests drilling extra holes at the longeron attach point for extra bracket for adjustment.
