Has anyone got any idea on how /where to pass the wiring harness through the vertical stab, for the rear tail light on the rudder?
Scratching my head with this one!
I don't have an exact answer for you, but if you have the issues of the RVator from this year (maybe '05??), there was a nice write up on how and where to do it.
Mark,
I ran mine thru the vertical stab just above the center hinge point where I drilled a 1/2 in hole for the wire, and then ran the wire down the rudder thru a slot I cut in the rudder L.E. and down to the lower faring then back to the tail light in the faring. I protected the wire with some linear gromet material i bought from ACS. It works great and does not bind the rudder and provides plenty of length for flexing. Good Luck,
RVAtor had an article on this awhile back. IN fact, I stuck some pix in the very firstRV Builder's Hotline. and I stuck a pdf of the article in the Yahoogroup file section.
