Ran into a guy that used to have his weld shop a few bays down from my shop and asked him to weld up a few of these cool little.....er..uh...thing a ma bobs. He's an ex boeing welder and welds Stainless for a liveing. These were made from stainless fender washers from the hardeware store and some stainless tube he had at his shop.

The nice thing about haveing them made for me is I can specify the angle that the tube sits at. I'm haveing one more made at 35*. Installation is not quite finished in the picture above. Just needs one more clamp.

$10.00 a pop for those three, the next one at 35* might cost as much as $20.00 cause of more work in fitting the tube to the washer. I'll find out on Sunday. Of course I supply my own firesleave and clamps.

You should talk him into making and selling them now that EPM-AV corp has folded up shop.

hm those are pretty nice...

I'm equipped to make those, maybe I should give it a shot. If I can make 'em worth a flip, I'll make some for whoever needs 'em.

the price of them seemed really high but by the time you make them you dont save much if you include labor.
