Some PLUMBING goin' on

Well, since I finished the cabin frame, it's time to get into some plumbing! This is a whole new ballgame with a new learning curve, but it's coming along, albeit rather slowly at first.

Here are a couple pics of the vent lines:

I spent about 4 hours on the first one. The next one took less than half that much time. This was slow, but it's worth taking the time. I got it right the first attempt and didn't ruin much tubing.

Here's my new Andair fuel pump and filter. I'm excited about this! I got in on the group buy and got a good deal.

Now I'm trying to decide if I should finish up the fuel lines first, or do the brake lines. Not sure it matters.

You have some nice work there Bruce, it look good. Bet a good chunk of time was spent making sure those vent lines weren't going to get in the way of the rudder cables.

That is a nice pump/filter combo, but what else would you expect from Andair.

Yeah, the hardest part was that first 6 inches. There are a lot of complex curves right there and a real short end to make the flare. Lots of little tweaking involved to make sure it doesn't touch or rub anywhere. Fun stuff! I'm excited about the fuel system!
