Looking for an RV builder in Central PA

Good morning gentlemen. This years trip to Oshkosh has convinced me that
I really need to build myself an RV7A. I live in the middle of PA (home of Penn
State University) and I'd love to find another RV builder who is close enough to
visit and talk with. I'm only about 30 miles from Lycoming engine and the original Piper aircraft plant. You would think there would be RV builders galore around here but I've not found any.

Sam,

Have you found your local chapter of the EAA? I would look that up and go to some meetings. You'll be surprised at what you find out about what's going on all around you.
