HELP....
My QB kit has the rear bulkhead installed. Guess what? It's not verticle!
So when I try to set the Vert Stab against the bulkhead, up against the elevator stop, it bows in the middle.
So when I run the Plumb bob string down the three rudder hinges holes it will not true up. The middle hinge is to far foward.
The plans say to shim the fwd bracket, but say nothing about shimming the Elevator Stop... Did any of ya'all need to shim.... anything.. everything.
I had to shift the fwd spar to the aft of the angle bracket to even get close??
