Bruce, the ProSeal isn't so bad, huh? You will come to use it in so many other locations for so many different applications, it is ridiculous!

It is the Dremel tool of the chemical world!

Pro Seal turned out to not be the worst portion of the build so far, though I do have scarring of my carpets

Yesterday I got the cap, drain and stiffeners riveted in after fay sealing them the day before. The back riveting didn't go so well. It was hard to get the rivets to set straight. I ended up drilling out a bunch. It took awhile to get the air pressure set correctly and my technique figured out for dealing with the slippery goo. Even using a pneumatic squeezer on the rivets I could reach was challenging with the sealant on there.
Glad the pics were helpful, thanks for saying so. I found that wooden rivet set holder thing I used made a big difference in how well the rivets set. It not only kept the set square, it kept it from bouncing around. I did do the riveting right away, so that may be a significant factor on how easy it was to get the rivets to set nicely, I suspect the longer you wait the more difficult it might be, just a guess though.
