part number for vert stab hinge

Post by gsimatos »

I have my wings and feus coming to me next week to Vancouver. I want to add a part i wrecked to the order however I am at the other end of the country not near my plans and rv stuff. Would anyone know the number for the angled steel powder coated lowest hinge bracket on the vert stab. There are four riveted on in an upper pair and lower pair and of course I managed to miss drill the lowest one. If any oine has their plans handy and can give me that number that would be great G

I think you are asking about the VS-410PP. There are two of them at the bottom with six holes that attach to the VS-808PP spar doubler and VS-803PP rear spare, pictures below.

The middle pair are VS-411PP and have 3 holes each to attach to the doubler/spare, while the upper pair are VS-412PP and have 5 holes each going to just the rear spar.

CJ, Any chance of getting a copy of the drawings? I have the instructions scanned into my computer that I keep at home, but my drawings are with the aircraft 1 hour away.
