Crotch Belt Clearance

Post by itisgood »

I am in the process of doing the installation of the Crotch Belt Brackets.
The instructions say to make a 3/32 gap between the two brackets.
My question is this; did you find that gap distance to be adequate?
It seems to me that it needs to be wider for the belt and attachment to fit.

Thanks
Dave
PS. The angle drill that I have worked very well. Thanks to all who commented.

Dave,

You really need to get your seatbelts before you can properly space those brackets out. My belts (Hooker Harnesses) also needed an AN5 bolt instead of the AN4 like other ones use. I would delay this until you get the belts personally.

Good news is you get to buy something cool!
