My Manifold pressure transducer is on the firewall so the only pass through is the wiring. I've had no issues with it so far and it is working just fine so far.

I do recall adding a restrictor (same one as used for the fuel pressure) coming out of the cylinder fitting and then it's a braided line from there to the 3 port block. Then I used that blue heat resistant hose from Pegasus from the block to the transducer.
