...and i even procrastinated for a month or so!
my wife told me about my niece's b-day party that weekend, but i don't know if it's the 10th or 11th. i just called her, but had to leave a message. even if it's the 10th, we could probably get together in the morning. i'll let ya know as soon as i know! weekends fill up FAST in december!

well i thought i had my wings ordered!! i haven't seen the deposit show up on the online banking thing yet, so i called 'em. they can't find it anywhere! i got a confirmation on the fax on monday morning, but they don't have it.
now, i have to go home, get the order page, come back to work, and refax it. this isn't like van's to lose an order. no big deal, but a little frustrating...

P-wich, I don't plan on going anywhere soon!
...and Chad, you better change your tagline to read "Wings ordered, AGAIN"!

well, they took the rest of my money today! they say they ship ten days from final payment. so much for being early! looks like they'll ship close to on time, maybe a week late. must be the rash of orders at the end of the year.
man, this has been a long break!

Well, on time isn't so bad. You are probably right about the rash of orders arriving at the same time.
Hmmmmm, I wonder how many backordered components you will have?

I am finishing up my right tank and nailing down the top, left wing skins. Don't worry... when all the clecos are removed, it'll be picture time!

My wings will be arriving in first part of February. I'm not sure of the shipment method that Van's will use. How did some of yours arrive and can you pay for the shipping with a credit card at the door?

ABF Truck Freight handled mine, Smitmeister!
They delivered to my door through a subcontractor called Garvey Van Lines. No damage and I drew them a check when the stuff was dumped here.
No damage, no problems, no muss, no fuss...

My SB wings actually came via FedEx Ground. I had to pay with a check or money order.
