Many thanks to the Capt'n for his help this week in helping me finish up the bottom ramp skins for my 8.
He also came up with a simple and yet brilliant idea on how get all but the last two (center/aft) rivet holes bucked on the 850 skin. (we put cherry max on those last two.)
As you can see here from the picture, we placed some foam onto the bottom of the Tungsten bucking bar, then added a handle so we didn't have to sqeeze our hands under the skins.
The rivets bucked perfectly and easily using this technique, as the foam helps to buck the rivet but also allows it to move so it hammers the rivet.
