List of Plans Errors

Can anyone point me at a list of errors (or items requiring clarification or improvement) in the plans? I'm part way through an -8A empennage and occasionally find things on various builders' web sites but I'm looking for a comprehensive list based on previous builders' real-world experiences. Does it exist?

I'm not looking to start a discussion of Van's and their plans updating or lack thereof; it is what it is.

I don't think anyone has any kind of summary list for that, but I do know of a website that has a couple of good "Gotchas" to watch out for.
