Finally some tangible progress

Post by N749MS »

Finally after 2.5 years of my tail kit sitting in storage (3 moves two new bases and numerous distractions that I should not have allowed) I have finally begun to make some progress... Today my horizontal stab is done and is now sitting in the hanger with the engine waiting for the rest of the plane to materialize between them... Lol

let's see if I remember how to post a picture...

Very nice!

I remember the day when the tail and engine were one piece!

That means you have an airplane coming together!

It won't be long now!

Keep it up!

It's all over but the flying! 800+ hours in only 3 years!

Well... It will be quite a while before the tail and engine will be one piece... I'm just getting started on the tail... But came across a deal on a 320 that I didn't think I should pass up... And it is nice to have that decision and big purchase finished.

I finished the vertical stab last week

No progress this week on the -9... Had to make some repairs on the current flyer... That's all squared away now so next week should see further progress
