VM1000C
VM1000C
I probably should've posted this earlier this weekend, cuz I need to make the decision Monday...
I know most of us here are still building, but do any of you flyers (or has anyone flown behind one) have experience with the "C" version of the VM1000? Or even the original VM1000?
I am first in line to buy a VM1000C from a guy on VAF, and he gave me the weekend to think about it. I think I am going to go for it, but wondered if anyone could tell me pros or cons...it's a great deal BTW... and this was one of the top monitor picks for me.

Yeah! You're not kiddin'!! This has been a tough one for me! Not enough time. I have gone back and forth on this over the weekend. Brit gave me the green light on Friday night to get it, but I'm still on the fence here...jim_geo wrote:Must be tough to only have a couple of days to blow around in the wind.
Well, I bought it. Probably shouldn't have so close to Xmas, but it's an early gift for the next 10 years!
EDIT: I ended up passing on this monitor due to financial commitments for the upcoming holidays...yeah, WeatherVaned another one!

Here's how it went down in my house.
Wife: There is a package for you on the counter.
Me: Cool, thanks (as I tear into it).
Wife: What's that?
Me: My new tungsten bucking bar.
Wife: How much did that cost?
Me: Sonoma... Put that down! (pretending the dog got something as I chase her (the dog) out of the room).
Wife: What did she get?
Me: Nothing. Want to go out for dinner?
I never heard another word about it.

You dont think she actually fell for that do you? She knew what you were doing and chose to let it drop. She probably figured dinner out was good enough atonement. Dont think for a second that you got one by herRV7Factory wrote: I never heard another word about it.
