I just got the qoute from the shipper for my SB Fuse,

$900 from Van's to mid-Michigan! :o


my wing kit was "only" $360 last June,

not a happy person today :(

Dude! That is ridiculous!! :o Who is the shipper???

I just got my SB fuse at the end of January, and it was $262 to central Illinois! ABF was my shipper... :dunno:

shipper is Roadway, Van's choice not mine I never specified one either way,although my wings came ABF :dunno:

You guys are forgetting the "Power of Van". I got my fuse today in North GA. Original rate from ABF... $678.00
Rate after Vans 60% discount... $344.00

ok here is the skinny,

The day my fuse was shipped there were three other kits shipped by roadway as well,

the manifest combined all the weights and Roadway thought I should pay for all of them :o

so now the bill is "only" $315 and Fuse will be here Wed. :good job:

Well, THAT is much more inline with what the general charges are to get a kit to the eastern midwest states.
