Saw this posted in the other forum, but it somehow disappeared.

My vacation plans are for September, and headed probably in that area.... missed it by one month. I figure you probably have to go gas up at 3AM so that you would not have to line up. $1 a gallon, wow.... $3 a gallon would have been just as good for the research I would believe.

Anyone who is doing some training nearby will probably fly over with their instructor and complete their ticket in a very short time.

If I lived any closer, I would change my vacation plans and take the month of October off :-)

I tried the poll function on this site, however it does not seem to work. My question is:

Who in this group is planning to take advantage of this offer?

Alfio, cool trip!!!

Yes, $3 per gallon would likely yeild the same results.

I am sure that they will discover that people will fly MUCH more with lower fuel costs!

I know that I would!
