minimize hot starts for engine longevity

after the engine is shutdown, the cylinders begin to cool, but the piston and rings stay hot. the oil is thin and provides less protection. upon hot restarting, the rings are dragging against the cylinder and may cause scuffing. all you can do is try to minimize it.
