I am so tempted to continue with these tires but I decided to change them. damn it. I'll never know how much wear I could get from them.

Nothing new here regarding tires, though I am on my fourth reuse of the air stop tubes. It ended up taking 0.017 inches of shimming to get the wheels secured properly. Overall, it's an easy job but dirty and greasy.

Note: add some air to the tube before attaching the wheel hubs halves to ensure the tube is not pinched.

I’ve recently shifted my approach to aircraft maintenance; I find that working at a slower, more deliberate pace makes the process much more enjoyable. I’ve been breaking the task down into manageable stages: day one for removing the wheel fairings, day two for installing the new tires, and day three for reinstalling the fairings. I’m very pleased with how everything turned out with the new tires and the wheel bearing service. Also, don't forget to fill the brake reservoir after bleeding some fluid from the lines! I did not forget because I gave myself a note.

Cold oil at 15 hours, not too bad.
