MINI spark plug ignition wire baffle seals. Test prints are looking good. From 5.0 to 8.5mm. Beefy little parts. 10-minute installation time using the drill jig. Turn up the heat!

kicking around a hose baffle seal.... I'll also swing this off at an angle to get a look. this is experimental, so, if someone wants to try something like this, let me know and I'll send some over. I can decrease the overall length of the seal to make it more compact and I suppose if one really wanted to make it stiff, use four screws, one at each quadrant.

RV8 Cowl inlet winter air dams.... these are always amazing; it's like printing the turbulators in thin air. these are off to somewhere cold.

Mini ignition wire seal install. I didn't have much luck drilling the center hole with the large step drill as it would not hold center position. recommend a circle drill or a hole punch. center hole = .75-inch diameter.

kicking around a hose baffle seal... seems that it printed fine.

30-degree angle from perpendicular to the baffle face. hole sized for Eaton -6 integral fire sleeve AE401 hose, the brown one. 2.15-inch square.

I should be able to do any angle between 0 - 30 degrees. you want to measure the angle and be as precise as possible with these, because it's the FUEL!

a tiny camera fairing.... someone wants to mount a camera on the belly in order to look around. hopefully, I can come up with something reasonable for a fairing. a camera on the belly could be good for spotting an oil leak or a fire. a tiny camera like this doesn't add much weight. maybe you could take a look at the cowl exit area on the camera before heading out over Lake Michigan or down the Hudson. this could be the future.

this little camera is on a ball, so some small adjustment is possible. the set screw hole on the side holds position. a clever design.

Garmin 660 GPS Dock, stretched from minimum width to 6.25 inches. Outer dimensions are 4.25 x 6.25 inches. the outer dimensions are close to machining tolerances. a strong little box. I don't print many of these so I thought it would be worth a post.

Exhaust cap for engine dehydrator....

I finished the geometry for this one and it turned out nicely. no squeezing of the retainers is needed to install. to install, place the cap at an angle with one retainer flat against the inside of the pipe and rotate the cap inwards to secure. the opposite side retainer will clear the pipe entrance. the flex is in the round plate and attenuates by the time it gets to the round stiffening ring. the round stiffening ring holds the edge flat for contact. hard oil-resistant plastic so that it's easy to clean. if you forget to remove them, the engine start will blow them out.

I made a tow bar clamp (Posilock) for the 2025 Wag-Aero tow bar. this keeps the tow bar secure when pulling and pushing and is simple to use. it also holds the tow bar in position when the tow bar is mounted in the tow bar brackets. this is for the RV 6789. those tow bar brackets have been there for a long time and thru all the Wag-Aero tow bar versions. the Wag-Aero tow bar version I like the best is the 2019-2024, but they all work.

working this one to dial in the processing. install time using the drill jug is about 10 minutes. the template marked with the split line, but all the holes are equal distance and symmetrical, so you really can miss. holes drilled to .166-inch diameter, the screw size = .162-inch diameter. this one is sized for the Eaton AE466 Teflon hose (the brown one), hose outer diameter = 0.765-inch. max temp of seal = 300F.

something different. a little 4 x 1, 16mm push button light set. the user wanted all amber lights, so I'll swap out the red.

ASA material (UV resistant) for the light, ABS material for the D-sub connector mount.

hose baffle seal... this one is done. all mounting holes symmetrical and to be within +/- .001-inch square, this one is within .0005-inch square. center hole diameter within +/- .001-inch. max temp = 300F. capable of 400F but you may need to retorque. this one is 0 degree (straight thru) sized for Eaton AE466-6 Teflon hose, the brown one.
