It would depend on what year it was, and what engine it has. The Darter and Lark look similar, but the Lark had a 360 Lyc in it, I believe, and a few improvement on looks (If possible).
I think they were built by Rockwell just like the Commander 112/114's were.
On the Reims thing, we had a Reims 406 Caravan II in here the other day. Pretty cool! I got a pic of it if anyone cares to see it. Looks like a Conquest I, but longer and bigger square windows.
It is cool. I initially thought it was experimental with the "X" tail number. I thought maybe someone took a 150 and somehow attached a mooney tail to it!
From the specs on Wikipedia it sounds like a neat bird - efficient with the O-320, but still pretty decent speed (for a spam can).
