Electronics international fuel level instrument

Post by JOHN TIPTON »

Hi Guys

I've been given a EI - FL2CA fuel level gauge by a friend who is going 'all glass' in his Rv7, however we have the QB fuel tanks for our Rv9a, the question is: can you in any way operate this instrument which is designed for 'capacitive' senders with the standard VANS Rv 'resistive' sender

Best regards

John

John,

I *think* the Princeton capacitive senders might work for you. They are made by Grand Rapids, so you should be able to call them up and get an answer right away: http://grtavionics.com/default.aspx?id=2
