Rudder Rod End Bearings

I can't find in the instructions when to install the Rudder Rod End Bearings. I finished the rudder last night, and realized I must of missed a step. Do I put them on later?

Any time you are ready to mount the tail pieces together!

Get used to the lack of hand holding in the instructions as you finish the tail and move on to the wings and fuselage. You will get really familiar with every drawing from here on out. Lots of little notes and details to figure out with no mention in the instructions of when to do therm.
