panel work
Got my panel labels made up and had to toss it together for a peek. I color coded the buss's. Yellow is everything off the Master. Red is off the Battery/Essential Buss.

I can't stop smiling, it looks better than the pic shows.....might be the photographer

Except I'm a mechanic! And this many wires seems more like brain surgery.Spike wrote:That has got to be a fun part of the build. Nice job dude

1 wire at a time seems to be working. Hope to power it up next tuesday......any recommendation on a good fire extinguisher

IT's ALIVE!
Got the wiring issues worked out and powered it up today.

night mode, the LED strip is just taped to a piece of AL to simulate the glareshield.

please excuse my photography skills, I dropped my camera and the LCD screen broken, so I just kind of point it in the general direction and click. The wife said no taking hers to the shop.

Finally got rid of the vice grips holding my elevator trim. also mounted the RamAir and purge valve knobs. Still need to finish trimming the brackets and make some labels

About ready to rivet the forward skin on and move back to the baffling and cowl. Talked with my painter friend about renting his booth in May, fingers crossed.
