CJ, I think we're the only ones here. :o

Should we rent Risky Business and toss back a few cold ones? :drink:

True! They seem to have other priorities. :(

But they do seem to be rolling out new features at a regular pace. Did you read the announcement? The HSI with CDI sounds cool

The really big news is the G600 retrofit for certified aircraft, and the G900 which is purely a G1000 for experimental aircraft. They have one on display in an RV-7 fuse and it looks like a sweet piece of kit. Its the exact same hardware that comprises of the G1000, paperwork is the only difference. And the price? A cool $67K. I might ask Santa for that one

I want top notch, but I am paying that kinda loot. It kinda blows away the reason for being experimental!

I was told in the Dynon booth that they plan on having moving map and weather by next year. Guess we will see.

I mentioned to the Garmin rep that the price seemed a little steep for most homebuilts and that it would be doubling the cost of my plane if I bought one. His comment was "yeah, but for $140,000 you would sure have a nice end product." I told him that was true but I thought I might rather have two RV's.
