Seven pounds of beef at one sitting? Hey, I'm not living on tofu and bean sprouts out here, but you guys *do* want to live long enough to actually finish those planes, don't you? 8)

Well...no one ordered the 116 or 160oz prime ribs. Most of us ordered the 32oz, and I *think* I'm the only one who finished mine, and was looking for more!!! 8)

Some of you need to put a smile on that face! Just kidding...I snapped the pics pretty quick! Not much time for a smile...

I, for one, thought this place was   !! Great choice Will!! It was so nice finally meeting several of you that I missed last year, or those that came for the first time this year! We have a GREAT group of friends here, and I've yet to find another place in cyberspace that bests this place or it's members!

Cool!

Now I am sorry I missed it...

I had a great time and it was so cool to meet everyone  I can also confirm that Chad did finish his 32oz-er

Chad you can just see my bike in the first pic - right on!

Meeting up with you all really made me feel good and it was great motivation to build. I just finished riveting the left elevator and am now finally ready to build the trim tab.

Great group of people there that night - I really felt like I was part of something. Thanks to all of you who could make it :)

Great time!

Post by JohnR »

Well Luke and I made it home about 2:30 this morning. We had a good time and gathered a lot of info we were looking for. We had a great time visiting with everyone at the Black Otter Tuesday night! It was really good to meet everyone. (I even met Spike twice, sorry Spike.) What a great group of people! The food was wonderful and I look forward to doing it again. It really did feel a lot like a family reunion. It is nice to actually meet everyone and put the face and personality with the username here on the web. 8)

Thanks Spike for getting this setup and thanks to Will for the recomendation of the Black Otter, good choice. :good job: :yay:

Last night Luke and I sat with Spike and Cyphergirl at the Van's dinner. It was fun and we enoyed the evening visiting. This afternoon Andy and Christina stopped by and took a look at our project on their way back to Colorado. Like everyone we met we really enjoyed visiting with them. Christina eventually drug Andy back to the vehicle or we would probably still be visiting.

Thanks to all for making this such an enjoyable trip to Osh. It was great!

Fear not, CJ. I got two pictures of Spike's plate. I'll have one posted when we get home.

Posting this from Beaver Valley (no laughs please), PA. We'll be home early tomorrow afternoon.

Great Company

This was a great event, and it sure was nice meeting everyone. If I train all year, maybe I can work my way up to the 48oz cut next year.

No smiles? If I recall it went something like this... "On three everyone... one... two... CLICK... three."
