Great feeling isnt it, when you complete something like that. Congrats !

Now peel all the blue stuff off so you don't trap any moisture underneath any slightly peeled areas, as those parts will most likely be sitting around for a year or so at least.

Also, you might want to get a picture of you and the Mrs next to it before storing it. It's a good idea to get pictures of you with the project if your planning on the repairmens certificate.

Hopefully in another 9 months we'll see you next to the finished wings.

LOL, Well you did mention something about never moving again

at least until the wings are done.

For me it's going something like this (all slow build):
Empennage; 4-5 months
Wings; about 1.2 years
Fuselage; 1.8 years so far....
Finish and Firewall Forward; probably 6 to 9 months.

I started out with a goal of 4 years, but it's looking more like 5 at this point.
