HR currently sitting in one of our hangers...If money were not an object (not talking lottery money here, but more realistic dreams...) this is what I would've built...
This guy is in from Michigan for Malibu training, and brought his Harmon Rocket down. His Malibu is getting a JetProp conversion, so he is flying the toy around right now...
It's VERY well built. Blue Mountain EFIS One, 250+hp IO-540, red leather seats, and MT prop. NICE!!

Wait a minute ... you can't build a rocket with a nosewheel, can you?
HA! Just kidding. That is a sweet airplane. Maybe someday that will be a second project...
Chad, watch out! Don't let any F1 Rocket owner catch you calling their airplane a Harmon Rocket. You'll get an earful. Go ahead, ask me how I know. I could be wrong, but that looks like an F1 Rocket to me.

Under and just forward of the HS. I purposely took the pictures so they would not be seen. If the airplane was somewhere else, I wouldn't have cared, but since he was here as a Malibu training customer, I need to keep identities under wraps...
Yet you posted his last name...I would blame it on the epoxy fumes, but I don't think you ordered it yet. Maybe those BRIGHT LEDS are messing with you!
I agree that the F1 EVO is about the sexiest plane you could build! (for under $175K) If my wife would have agreed to the view from the back seat we may have pulled the trigger on an EVO. She sat in the demo at OSH 2005 and just couldn't do it even though it FIT ME LIKE A GLOVE! (can't say that I blame her)
The "Speed Slope" canopy really makes the plane too! From what I remember, it's an option on the EVO kit.
