Taking a break from building. Here's what happen ->

Post by N200PF »

I needed a ceiling fan in my office and I liked this one because the shape of the blades reminded me of Hartzell's blended airfoil prop. Since my wife was out of town, I decided to take it a step farther and whip a little paint on it... What do you think?

It's in my office because I KNOW it would be coming right off the ceiling if I put it in the kitchen! She calls my office "The Man Room" so this fixture will probably get to stay! (hope so because I can't turn these blades over!)

I taped them up...

Sprayed them white...

and this is how it came out.

I hope the boss is OK with it!

Peter, I like it! I've been thinking of adding a fan in the "factory" and this would look great. I don't think it would fly (pun intened) in the family room.

We are currently in the middle of a kitchen remodel which is taking its toll on the RV building. Maybe I can sneak one of these through on the next trip to Menards or Lowes. My wife is going to be out of town this next week anyway so your timing is great.

Glad you guys like it!

The stickers came from Spruce. I actually purchased "two" stickers and was going to put them on my traveling tool chest and I was shipped "two pair" ...glad I hadn't stuck the stickers yet when the fan idea came about!
