Getting an early start!

Post by captain_john »

Here at the Plymouth airport, the turkeys know that their demise comes in November. After all, we are known for our turkey dinners and Pilgrims and such!

Anywhooo, I think this one wanted to hone his flying skills before the Thanksgiving season arrived!

True story:

This is the old Alpha One Flight School building. The new location is located mid field. Anywhooo, on my drive past, I see this Tom peering into the window! I HAD TO take this picture with my Treo!

The door has reflective film on the glass and I think he was puzzled by his own reflection in the glass.

I inserted the learn to fly sign, because it seemed appropriate.

Pretty funny stuff!

Bummer, now instead of 12 gauge shells I am going to have to buy anti-aircraft rounds. I don't think Kittery Trading Post carries those, and if they do they are going to be significantly more expensive than a box of 12s.

That's strange, I'm a regular vistor to Plymouth airport, and have never seen any Turkeys there :)

Best regards

Plymouth to Plymouth - (Plymouth - Scotland - Iceland - Greenland - Canada - Plymouth) that would certainly be something - maybe one day

Best regards to all across the 'pond'

John (PPL - RV-9a wings)
