OT-Got the boat out, FINALLY!

Post by cjensen »

Well, again, I know it's not RV's, but these pictures of Brit and the dogs are just too good to not post! We went for a short cruise last night, and it was the first such adventure for the dogs, and the first time Brit has been on this boat as well!

Here we are sitting at the dock just after launch.

Can you see it in Yeager's eyes that he HAS to get in the water!!??

For some reason, it looks like Brit is all welled up in this pic...just a loving nuzzle to Wiley. :luv:

It was a quick one hour ride, but it was a nice reward to me for getting the fuselage tipped over. There! That's the RV connection!! :yay: :sneaky:

Chad,

Looks like a great time on the water!

I was out over the weekend too. Kevin Johnson came over on Saturday with his firewall and when we were done riveting the stiffeners on, I treated him to a few laps around the pond!

The family sure looks at home on the boat! Nice pics!

Chad,

Looks like a blast! One question, however. Why are your dogs wearing life jackets? Aren't they golden RETRIEVERS? They should be able to swim laps around that lake.

HA! Yeah, Yeager LOVES to swim, and Wiley will swim if he has to. The life jackets are more for when we are running. If one of them fell out or jumped out at 35mph... :dunno:

Chad, looks like fun and a great way to spend a little time with the family. Everyone looks like they are enjoying themselves.
