Finally joined....

Post by rob »

Well, after 2 years of building and lurking, I finally decided to click the button to join this site. Not sure why it took me so long -- this seems like a pretty cool group. Anyway, for those that don't know me, I am Rob Johnson from Normal, IL. My wife, Christine, and I are building a -7 SB slider, with an Aerosport IO-360-M1 and Hartzell BA CS prop. We are in the 90% done, 90% to go phase, and right now I am trying to wrap up the wiring.

We do have a build website that you can check out, if interested -- http://www.n826rc.com

Welcome Rob. If you're a good friend of Chad you can't be all bad :) , and building an RV too, and farther along than most of us, heck, you must be a Normal type.

Thanks for the warm welcome, guys!

Yea, bad luck today, huh Chad? So the rest of you know, tomorrow is my birthday, and Chad, some other pilots that I work with, and my wife and I were planning a quick flight today for lunch. We got socked in with weather, so we just hit a local joint instead.
