Well with all of this talk about quitting by everyone I thought I should post that I am finally getting back to building. After almost 6 months of not being able to work on the plane I finally got about 5 hours in on it this weekend. Hopefully I'll be able to get some serious hours in on it in the next few months.
It took a couple of hours to get things in order and figure out exactly where I had left off but once I did I was able to make some progress.
I riveted the aft canopy decks on and then got the aft skin and forward aft skin match drilled.
It feels good to be back on the project and making some progress.

Yes Chad, it does feel good to make a little progress.
Brantel, you've been flying along dude! (pun intended) I have decided that when I get it done I get it done. Sooner is better though. Whe nyou get yours flying you can come on over and help me finish mine.

I did most of the prep work for my fuel tank in SEPTEMBER. Then I went and had my bike wreck, and the tank didn't actually get sealed til last month. I finally got all the leaks chased out about two weeks ago.
Now it's nearly time to seal the right fuel tank already!
