John,

Edge smooth everything before fluting...
Bring a few over to my house on Tuesday if you like and I can demo one for you.

Guys, I will and I will.

I am just laying it out in my mind now. Seems straightforward enough.

Need to get the sled outta the garage to build the jig. Either that or I get creative with storage solutions! I am leaning towards plan "B". Maybe I oughtta build a shed this summer? Naw, that'd cut into RV time!

See you tomorrow, Dave!

I finally got my letter from Van's - wing kit should ship the week of June 6!

Now I just need to finish the elevators and build the wing jig.
I have to say, I'm not looking forward to all that deburring / dimpling / priming - I just finished the elevator stiffeners and that felt like a lot! It is nice to be riveting again.
