Well, it's a project no longer.
Airworthiness was Friday the 19th, First flight was .6 hours on Saturday the 20th. No real squawks. Put another 1.1 on the clock today.
I would try and elaborate about how great it was, but there's no way to put it into words. I'll post more info and link a video later....

You must be a very proud fellow! The plane looks great. Have fun flying off the test flight hours. Now the tough part begins, what to do with your spare time in the evenings.

Ain't nothin' like it! That first flight! Enjoy the 8. I know you will. Are you hangered at Double Eagle? The terrain looks like it.
I have a cousin who lives down there and flys a C 182 RG. Can't seem to get him to builde a real airplane.
