Ok, here's the info:
"Following are the details on the size and sleeping in the house. She is working on getting pictures for me. But I can promise you that it is a very nice home, We are asking $3400 for the week. Plus a $500.00 damage deposit which is refunded within 21 days after the end of the stay. This is a great deal when it comes out to $680 per room for the week and you can cook. To reserve I need 25% plus the damage deposit, then June 1st the remaining portion. Let me know if they are interested.
Here is what we have:
5 Bedrooms
Room 1 – King Size Bed – Master Suite with attached full bathroom – first floor
2nd Floor – 1 full bathroom – 4 bedrooms (below)
Room 2 – 2 twin Beds
Room 3 – 1 full sized Bed
Room 4 – 1 Queen
Room 5 – 1 Queen
We also have extra a large playroom downstairs (basement) that could accommodate a queen sized cot or something easily.
Basement has bathroom with shower only"
The house is in Neena, which isn't far up the road. Same neighborhood where Spike and I stayed (in a B&B) last time.
