I couldn't believe it when I opened up the news section... there I was with my dinner!
I gotta say, that was some good!
Do you have a picture of the completed work for those who may have missed it?
I have to say, it was just enough food. Any more would have been too much!

That was a fantastic steak, even better company. We did get a picture or two of the completed plate though we don't know yet if they turned out. Now that we are home we are still in the process of dumping countless photos and posting them as appropriate. There will definitely be more content coming to the news section in the upcoming days.

It was great! I am pissed at myself tho...I forgot my leftover 25oz (out of my 40oz 32oz cut) in the frige in the dorm room...

Sorry I missed you guys at the Black Otter on Thursday. We left OSH on Wed morning. I did make it to the Black Otter on Sunday eve (7-26). The 32oz prime rib lasted for 3 meals...
