Merry CHristmas

Post by jimpappas »

Still in EYW until Sunday then cruise to Mexico to see the ruins with my young Army Captain back from Iraq. Just Daddy daughter trip. Great Xmas present to have her home and do this together.

So, I hope you all have a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year too.

I will be out of touch until Jan2 then I get back to EYW for 2 more weeks of R&R for Dad.

Be well all. Anybody comes down this way those first two weeks call me and we'll meet up.

Merry Christmas to all and I hope that you had as beautiful a Christmas Day as we did. My wife and I drove to our oldest Daughter's home Christmas Day and spent it with out son-in-law and their four sons. College freshman to first grade. We were joined in the late afternoon by our second daughter, her husband, daughter and pres-school son for Dhristmas Dinner and opening of some presents. We received a telephone call from our son, grandson and granddaughter who are spending Christmas break in Florida. It was Bessed Day even if some of the younger generation had to take naps. Of course by the time the day was done Gramma and Grampa were badly in need of naps. We stayed the night and went to church this morning with our oldestg daughter and family. Then we drove home! We wish you could all have had as beautiful a Christmas Day!
