A Marine friend of mine had a very large tailhook mounted on a wall. Always a good conversation starter!

I have seen them for sale on trade-a-plane, by a guy who was the pa announcer for the Blue angels in 85-87 when my dads buddy was the #1 plane. (Wayne Mollnar)

IIRC, they were about $2000.

I have a extra Hartzell prop and a chrome spinner, I think I will make a bracket for it so I can hang it up.

Keep the ideas coming!!

Lance, you can buy some signs that say licensed airplane pilot on duty and if you have your aircraft repairman's certificate, you can buy one that says licensed aircraft mechanic on duty. You can probably do something with the RV-parts also. We are looking forward to pictures! :)

Yes, I have seen some of those signs, my mom bought some for my dad and my sister and BIL.

Time for me to get back to work on the house, we finished sheetrocking on new years eve, and had the mud/tape guys come last week. They finished up today, so time for me to start painting!!
