Otter 2012 Pics

Post by painless »

Here are a few Otter pics. Sorry for the poor quality. Didn't have my decent camera with me:

Image

The before picture of Mike Bullock about to dive into his King Cut. That's 64oz folks.

Image

If you think this could feed a family of 6, your probably right!

Image

Michelle can't even look at CJ's King Cut. She thought they were sharing a Queen Cut.

Bullock at the midpoint

The aftermath. I'd show a pic of Bullock, but it wasn't pretty! :P

Mmmmm... Very nice!

Mikey ate his way right through the meat sweats and into a meat coma!

My resident nurse was at the ready with the AED but it wasn't needed.

Great time!

Thanks for organizing it Jeff!

i can't believe that you guys continue to get those things. I keep thinking that 'after last year, they wont be able to stomach it again'. Sheesh. I think CJ needs to swtich to building an RV-10.

Thanx for the pictures. You all are just like family.

Spike, truth be told... I am aging. Yes, I am getting old!

My colon can no longer handle the Otter's "Colon Buster De-lite" as it once did. I split mine with Michele and actually brought some home.

The new trophy goes to Mikey B! He polished it off in style!

Hats off to Mikey!

Oh, I want to, I assure you. We are in the process of bidding 4 separate acquisitions right now and I just couldn't spare the time.

I need to bring Carrie as she is turning out to like airplanes more than Daddy. She just loves to run around the airport and point to them and talk about them. Heaven forbid one fly over when why are outside, all activities must stop *snicker*

Spike, She looks hungry. Get her to the Otter FAST!

You have an Arrow! You can do that!

:)

Is that your Arrow? Looks nice!

Have you been flying much?

Its not my Arrow, its a friend's. We have an arrangement as I have a hangar and he does not. Since hangars are pretty scarce around here I shelter his bird and he lets me fly it. Its a decent plane, panel is pretty dated, but its a good stop gap.

I hit a pretty dry spell about a year and a half ago when Carrie came and the business got going. However I have been flying pretty regularly lately. Not as much as I would like, but much better than 2 years ago. Scheduling between family, work, and plane maintenance doesn't always work out. But hey, I get to fly when I want to without the overhead of ownership

I'm starting to seriously sniff around the market and have a short list of aircraft. Hopefully in the next 12 months Ill have a tail number of my own depending on what happens with Nteligen.

I really need to fly up north to visit the New England Chapter. Actually i want to fly out to WI to get the super special Chad tour of EAA too :)
